No, this event is free and open to anyone connected with UW-Madison.
Do I need to register?
No, feel free to show up during the fair at whatever time suits you best.

Union South in Varsity Hall.
When is the fair being held?
Tuesday, October 29th from 11am-1:30pm
Why should I attend this fair?
If you do research on campus, there are an array of compliance and regulatory issues that you may face. These can be complex and difficult to navigate. This fair will introduce you to the people whose job it is to help you navigate through the issues as well as introduce you to resources you may not have known were available and areas that you hadn’t heard about but may need in the future.
Is this just for Professors?
While we certainly encourage professors to attend, all persons involved with research, including research adminstrators, graduate students and post docs are welcome to attend.
What is a stress cow?
Be one of the first 100 people to attend and you will find out. There will be additional cows on offer throughout the event as well.
You mentioned Bucky, when will he be there?
Bucky is set to attend at some point during the fair, but the exact time will not be known until closer to the day. Once known it will be posted on this site.(Bucky’s appearance is subject to his schedule).
Will you feed me?
Snacks and drinks will be available to attendees for free.
